Returns Policy
If you received incorrect or defective items, please email us at Kissr.official@gmail.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. Products must be unopened (except for the Easy Stick & Blend Kit). Please note: because these are hygiene products, we cannot accept returns for opened products.
Once you return and accept your order, you are entitled to a full refund. This does not include return shipping costs.
Returns Policy and Guidelines:
- Returned items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
- All returned items must be unused and unopened, with the exception of the Easy Stick & Blend Kit.
- We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
- Please ensure the return form is approved. Failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
- Please ensure all returns are sent via a traceable, insured service. We are not liable for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the returns form via Kissr.official@gmail.com. Please include your order number, email address, and the reason for your return. We will process your request as quickly as possible and let you know how to return the item.
Step 2: Send your order
Please send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to get up.
Step 3: Receive your purchase amount back
As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded.
This will be credited within 14 working days.
Returns Policy and Guidelines:
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund your purchase price as soon as possible using the same payment method you used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (with the exception of the Easy Stick & Blend Kit).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@marblcosmetics.nl. Always include your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns form with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

What is the return period?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How long does it take to get my money back?
You'll receive a full refund using the same payment method the customer used. Once we receive the returned item, we'll verify that it's in its original, saleable condition and refund your purchase price.
Please note that most financial institutions typically take 3-5 business days to process a refund.
My item is damaged/defective, what should I do?
To help you as quickly as possible, we ask that you attach several photos showing the poor quality or damaged part of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface with sufficient light, so that the label and the defect are clearly visible. We use this information to help you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.
Received the wrong product?
We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is found and we ship you the wrong product. We will, of course, resolve this and send you the correct order free of charge. For questions about the delivery of incorrect products, please contact customer service.
Can I return my order without contacting you?
No, you must contact us before sending a return. We will then send you the return form.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
