What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other major payment options. All payments are processed via a secure, encrypted connection.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over £30. For orders under £30, a flat shipping fee of £1.95 will be applied at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 1–3 working days within the Netherlands, 5–10 working days to the United Kingdom, and 3–7 working days for other European countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your package.
Can I return my order?
