Where is my order?
- You'll find a Track & Trace number in your order confirmation email. You can track your order's status using the Track & Trace link in the email.

For the Netherlands: If your payment is completed before 11pm on working days, you will receive your package the next day.
For Belgium: If your payment is completed before 8:30 PM on a business day, you will receive your package the next day. If your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us promptly. We cannot initiate an investigation with the post office until two weeks after the original delivery date.
When will I receive my order if I order on Saturday or Sunday? Orders placed and paid on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping costs and delivery times
For the Netherlands: If you place your order before 11pm Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the same day.
For Belgium: Order Monday to Friday before 8:30 PM and we will ship your order the same day.

Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to track your package. If you haven't received an email or your package isn't trackable, please contact our customer service at Kissr.official@gmail.com.
