Where is my order?
You'll find a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Use the link in that email to follow your package in real time.
If you haven't received a confirmation email or your package isn't showing as trackable yet, reach out to us at kissr.official@gmail.com and we'll sort it out for you.
When will I receive my order if I order on Saturday or Sunday?
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Netherlands: Order before 11pm on working days and we ship the same day.
Belgium: Order before 8:30pm on working days and we ship the same day.
United Kingdom: Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours on working days. Due to high order volume, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer — but your order is on its way.
All UK prices are fully inclusive. Your order is shipped with all duties and taxes paid — no surprise charges on delivery.

If your package hasn't arrived within the delivery window, please contact us at kissr.official@gmail.com. Please note: we can only open an investigation with the carrier 14 days after the expected delivery date.
